Terms

identit.ee gives you one address, identit.ee/your-name, that shows the information you choose to put there.

Your page

You own what you publish. You are responsible for it: use your own name or a name you have the right to use, and do not publish content that is illegal, that impersonates someone, or that harms others. We remove pages that break these rules and we may free a name that is not used.

Your account

You sign in with a link sent to your email. Keep that inbox safe: whoever reads it can sign in as you. You can delete your page at any time from the editor; deletion is immediate and complete.

The service

identit.ee is provided as is. We work to keep it online and correct, without a guarantee. We may change or stop the service; if we stop it, we will give notice and time to export your information.

identit.ee is published and operated by Sigreturn Labs, a French single-shareholder simplified joint-stock company (SASU) with a share capital of 1,000 euros, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 104 567 854 (SIRET 10456785400013, VAT FR45104567854), registered office in Paris, France. The director of publication is the President of Sigreturn Labs, reachable at hello@identit.ee.

The service is hosted by OVH SAS, 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France, and served through Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, United States.

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Paris, France, subject to the mandatory rules that protect consumers.
